Late Cancellation/No-Show
- We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice) or a no-show, the 20% deposit will be non-refundable and considered a cancellation fee.
