Booking Policy

To secure an appointment with Prestige Hair by Selma, a 20% deposit of the total service cost is required.
Deposits can be conveniently made through the online booking platform or in-person at our salon reception desk.
The deposit serves as a confirmation of your commitment to the appointment and will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the appointment.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice) or a no-show, the 20% deposit will be non-refundable and considered a cancellation fee.
This deposit policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
