Refund Policy

Prestige Hair by Selma does not offer refunds for change of mind, so we ask that you choose your products carefully.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email the following details through to admin@prestigehairbyselma.com.au within three (3) days of receiving your parcel:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order Number
  • A Photo of the Item’s Condition – include a photo of the postage packaging if you can.

We will review all details individually and endeavour to come to a satisfactory solution with you as soon as practicable.

If a refund is agreed to, Prestige Hair by Selma will return your funds to the original payment method – unless you paid via an alternative payment method such as PayPal or Afterpay – in which case, said refund will be in Cash or applied to your selected Credit/Debit Card. We will seek to settle your refund within fourteen (14) days.

Shipping Policy

Prestige Hair by Selma offers flat rate shipping via Australia Post on all orders Australia wide.

Standard Shipping (2 - 8 Business Days) - $9.95
Click & Collect - FREE

We know that you can’t wait to receive your products, that’s why we will always try to have your order processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

Shipping is subject to Australia Post terms and conditions. It’s important to note that although we at Prestige operate seven (7) days a week, Australia Post does not. Orders therefore will not be delivered on Weekends or Public Holidays.

Things to know…

  • Prestige Hair by Selma takes no responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address because of user error, we are not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense.
  • We expect your order to be with you in a maximum of eight (8) days. In the event that your delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of said order.
  • We will not accept liability for any loss during delivery.
  • We will not accept liability for any stolen, lost or damaged items after delivery has taken place.

From 11am till 5:30pm, conveniently collect your orders in salon, all you need is your Order Number and Proof of ID.

Unfortunately, there is a small selection of our range that cannot be delivered via Australia Post.

Due to dangerous, prohibited and restricted item rules, for products that may be explosive or flammable, the below aerosols are available for Click & Collect ONLY:
